Our training programs
Our Injury Prevention & Risk Advisory team offers a range of free evidence-based training programs to help boost your organisation's knowledge of workplace risks and build capability to proactively identify hazards and prevent injuries.
Some of our flagship programs include:
WHS Due Diligence
Designed for boards and executive teams, this program equips senior management with knowledge of their legal obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
This program is developed for medium-to-large organisations wanting to build strong business assurance or workplaces facing high workers compensation claims.

Connect & Care
Research shows that strong relationships between line managers and injured workers can significantly improve recovery outcomes and engagement at work.
The workshop builds the capability of people leaders to provide best-practice support to workers who are at risk of injury, or who are recovering from a complex physical or psychological injury.
This program recognises the critical – and often overlooked – role leaders play in recovery and return to work. By participating in this workshop, leaders will increase their confidence, willingness and competence to support workers through injury, recovery and successful return to work.
Respect & Resilience
Developed in partnership with Griffith University, this program supports NSW employers and workers better manage - and reduce the impact of - customer incivility, abuse and aggression.
The workshop focuses on what a customer-facing worker can influence and control when they are 'on the job'. It provides workers with practical strategies to understand, prevent, contain and cope with customer misbehaviour.
Importantly, it acknowledges all workers deserve to be treated with respect and that many causes of customer misbehaviour are beyond the worker's control.
Note: The program is NOT recommended for clinical, first responder or complex mental health-related issues.
Psychosocial Risk Bootcamp
A structured, immersive and practical training program for human resources and risk management professionals.
By the end pf the program, participants will have completed their first psychosocial risk assessment.
The bootcamp emphasises practical application between sessions and enables participants to complete an assessment, action plan, and gain confidence to conduct future assessments without assistance.
